Additional Rental Accommodations Available:

All campground amenities are included with our rentals and campground rules will apply.

A $50-$100 non-refundable deposit (depending on the accommodation) is required at time of the booking. Upon check-in; this will be applied to the rental fee.

Upon arrival, a $100 damage deposit (all accommodations) is required in addition to the balance of the rental fee.

*At check-out, after inspection, providing no damage or misuse of the rental facilities has occurred the $100 damage deposit will be refunded.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental accommodations.

Includes:

• 2 spacious double bedrooms
• Small air conditioner
• A large sectional sofa / bed, in living room.
• TV
• A nice sized kitchen complete with fridge, stove, dishes pots & pans
• A private bathroom with shower
• "Responsible pet owners” and their pets are welcome at the Management's discretion.

All for $80.00 (plus tax) per night based on a minimum 2 nights stay for 2 Adults.

**Note**

There will be additional charges of:

• $10.00 per night per child (under 16)
• $25.00 per night for adults and children (over 16)
• We are able to supply bedding and towels. Ask at booking time for the cost per person.

• Includes small bar style fridge, microwave, BBQ on private deck
• Use of conveniently located, campground bathrooms and showers.

*Note* - Although we are not yet members of any specific travelers clubs like CAA, Good Sams Club or Passport America we will honor any current travel cards for 10% off of our current rates.
